Paint.NET is free image and photo editing software for computers that run Windows. It features an intuitive and innovative user interface with support for layers, unlimited undo, special effects, and a wide variety of useful and powerful tools. An active and growing online community provides friendly help, tutorials, and plugins.
Chroma Key(Blue/Green) |
This is a relatively simple chroma key plugin for removing the green or blue background from an image. It is based on the algorithm presented in the paper 'Software Chroma Keying in an Immersive Virtual Environment' by F. van den Bergh and V. Lalioti. The plugin should be installed in the 'Program Files\Paint.Net\Effects' directory and will appear in the Effects->Photo menu. |
Joomla Modules and Components:
Mortgage Rates Module |
This is a simple module the wraps the javascript provided by thefinancials.com that displays the current mortgage rates. By default it displays the tiny version of 'Major Mortgage Rates'. |
Featured Agent Module(For Hot Property) |
This modules shows a randomly selected agent (name, picture and phone number) with a link to their profile. Requires HotProperty. |
Purge Cache

Joomla doesn't automatically get rid of old file in the cache, though you can clean the cache from administration. This simple script can be run via a CRON job to purge old files periodically from Joomla's cache directory. While it shouldn't pose a security risk, it is recommened that this script be run outside of your public directory, or at least in a password protected directory. You must edit purgecache.php so that it contains the correct path to Joomla's configuration file. Download |
