Bee & Swarm Removal - Allen County, Ohio

We provide swarm and hive removal services in Allen County and the surrounding area. We will remove both swarms and established hives from buildings and other structures.  Our rates start at $25 per hour portal to portal.  Rates are higher if special equipment needs to be rented or purchased,  the removal is located in a high or difficult location, emergency services and any other actual espenses required.

If you are a beekeeper in Ohio or Indiana and are willing to remove swarms and/or established hives please let us know. We sometimes get swarm calls far from our location making it difficult to respond to due to our schedule and more costly to the client. We have driven nearly 3 hours for a swarm call because we could not quickly find a beekeeper closer that was willing to do the swarm call. We would be happy to refer these calls to someone closer. This hive was in a tree cut down and burned by a farmer clearing his land. Fortunately for the bees only the outside of the tree was charred and the farmer noticed the hive was in the hollow tree. We brought home the portion of the tree the hive was in. Hopefully they will survive though the winter.	If a swarm doesn't find a suitable home within a few days of leaving the parent hive they may build a hive on a limb or trunk of a tree. Unfortunately this rarely is a good home and the hive will die out during the winter as the one pictured above did.
